Students who are part of the McNair Scholars program may also request use of conference and seminar rooms by clicking the button below. NOTE: When reserving the room, you may select multiple time slots.
JCKL classrooms can be reserved by faculty to conduct classes or other gatherings of students, faculty and staff. More information about available rooms and reservations can be found on 25Live.

Please note: these rooms are not study rooms. Students are not allowed to book these rooms except in special circumstances.
UCM faculty, staff and students have priority in the use of the facilities over general community events. Community patrons are assessed a room rental fee. Contact Meeting and Conference Services for room rental rates.
The University Librarian determines which rooms are available for food and drinks. Only events that have been previously arranged with the University Librarian may have food and drinks. The requestor is responsible to see that this request is followed. University policy requires the use of Sodexo for food and refreshments. Contact information for Sodexo is provided below. Food cannot be delivered prior to the opening of the facility. Library personnel does not arrange for set up. All set up is the responsibility of the user.
