Social Work

About the Department of Social Work


Welcome to the Department of Sociology and Social Work.  We offer multiple degrees in undergraduate and graduate studies.  The department offers a B.A., B.S., M.A., and minor in sociology, a M.S. in Social Gerontology, as well as a B.S.W. in Social Work.  Upon completion of the programs students are able to obtain employment in a variety of career fields including social services, health and long-term care, research, various business fields and the criminal justice system.
