Refworks is a powerful citation manager that allows you to store citations in a personal database. The citations can be input in by hand or downloaded directly from most of the library's databases. You can then export citations directly into a paper you are writing, creating both in text citations and a bibliography in many citation formats, including MLA, APA, and Chicago.

Citations are stored remotely and can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet. You need to create a login ID and password to set up an account. If you are creating an account from off campus, you will need our subscriber group code, which is kirkpatrick.

It is also possible to import and export records with bibliographic managment software, such as Procite or Endnote.
