If you find an article citation that does not have a full text link in its record, it still may be in full text somewhere else in our electronic resources.  Use the  box that you will see in the article record. This usually leads you to a 3-step process.

As a distance learner you are likely away from campus.  If Step 1 below does not lead you to a full text option then you can go directly to Step 3.

Step 1: "Sorry, this journal is not available electronically through JCKL" means you should proceed to Step 2. "Content is available via the following links" means the full text will likely be found when you clinck on the links. 

Step 2: "Search the Quest Catalog:  By Journal Title  By ISSN" is instructing you to find out if the item is in the physical collection at JCKL.  It is offering you three different ways to check the Quest Catalog.  If you click on the "Search the Quest Catalog" link you will be taken to a Quest search screen and you will need to type in the title of the journal in the "Search for:" box.  If you click on the "By Journal Title" link the title search will be performed for you.  If the journal is owned by JCKL you will see the journal title in the Quest results list.  If the journal is not owned by JCKL you should proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: If item is not in catalog: Submit ILL Request: will take you to the ILLiad Logon Screen. If you are a first time user of ILLiad, click that button and complete the form to create an account. If you have an account then simply log in. The system will automatically populate the necessary request fields and all you need to do is submit your request.
