Renting Textbooks - The Good and the Bad!

Renting textbooks is a great way to save money on a book that you know you will only need for one semester. And who doesn't like to save money?

If you choose to rent, make sure you KNOW which books you RENTED, which ones you BOUGHT, and WHERE you got each book. The UCM Store doesn't know if the book you are selling at the end of the semester was rented from an outside vendor.  The UCM Store also packs and ships things quickly during the rental return/textbook buyback periods.  If your realize 2 days later that you sold them a rental book, you are out of luck. You will be stuck paying the rental company for the book.
